Terms & Conditions – Malta Visa

The fees submitted to Malta-Visa for appointment booking or visa consultation is non-refundable. We will not be held responsible for visa processing time or visa rejection. However, we try our best to ensure that adequate documentation is submitted and the correct procedure is followed by our clients during application submission. The visa processing time and visa decision are at the sole discretion of the visa centre.

The appointment booking charges paid to Malta Visa and the visa fees paid to the visa centre are two separate charges and cannot be used interchangeably. Malta-Visa reserves the right to revise its charges with or without prior notice.

We reserve all rights for case acceptance, service provision, and agreement termination. We also hold the right to refuse acceptance of a particular visa case. In case of acceptance, we ensure that documentation, procedures, and policy requirements are adequately followed by our clients while submitting the visa application to the visa centre.

You are free to terminate your agreement with us at any time, subject to applicable fees for the efforts already made by us. No refund will be made after an appointment has been booked.

The fee may vary for booking appointments in normal time slots and express time slots.

An appointment once scheduled can be changed, cancelled, or rescheduled, subject to availability and applicable charges.

The application processing time is at the sole discretion of the visa centre. We neither accelerate the process nor hold any authority to influence the visa centre.

Appointment rescheduling is subject to additional fees. If the applicant fails to attend the appointment on the scheduled date, we do not guarantee immediate availability of a new appointment. In such cases, a fresh application process may be required.

No documents should be sent by post or submitted in person to our billing address at the time of requesting an appointment booking. If done without prior confirmation from our customer support team, we will not be responsible for receiving or handling such documents.

We will not be held responsible for any loss related to travel arrangements or accommodation bookings. We are also not liable for any consequential losses arising due to non-receipt of a visa before the planned travel date.

Refund Policy

The application fee is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances once the appointment is booked with the visa centre. However, you may request rescheduling of the appointment by paying an additional fee.

In case you wish to cancel your application request before the appointment is booked, we may refund up to 50% of the fee submitted online.

Once the appointment is booked, no refund will be provided, as the allocated slot cannot be reassigned to another applicant.
